Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO5C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1_pT70, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with MYO5C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO5C-to-partner and partner-to-MYO5C results are reported.
