Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,960 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO5C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Regulation of respiratory burst, and Cell-cell adhesion mediated by cadherin. Each is linked with MYO5C in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO5C-to-partner and partner-to-MYO5C results are reported.
