Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MYO5BP3 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MYO5BP3 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MYO5BP3 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, MYO5BP3 RNA expression shows 4,987 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUAD, COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where MYO5BP3 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
