Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFYAP1, MTHFD1, and GPI. Each is linked with MYO5B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO5B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFYAP1 grouped by MYO5B-low versus MYO5B-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
