MYO5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,421 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO5B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion, Bundle of His cell-Purkinje myocyte adhesion involved in cell communication, and Desmosome assembly. Each is linked with MYO5B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO5B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion grouped by MYO5B-low versus MYO5B-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
