Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,087 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD86, MNDA, and LILRB1. Each is linked with MYO5A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO5A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
