MYO3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, ASNS, and eEF2K. Each is linked with MYO3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO3A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by MYO3A-low versus MYO3A-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
