MYO3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,854 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic electron transport chain, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with MYO3A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO3A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Aerobic electron transport chain grouped by MYO3A-low versus MYO3A-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
