Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYO1G mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYO1G data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MYO1G mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYO1G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, GBM, and LSCC are the cancer types where MYO1G mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
