MYO1G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCF2, PARVG, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with MYO1G in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1G-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1G versus NCF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
