Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,313 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, NCF4, and CORO1A. Each is linked with MYO1G in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1G-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1G versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
