MYO1G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD6, AAGAB, and HSPA9. Each is linked with MYO1G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1G-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTBD6 grouped by MYO1G-low versus MYO1G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
