Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,784 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO1G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with MYO1G in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1G-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum grouped by MYO1G-low versus MYO1G-high in OESOPHAGUS.
