MYO1F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,734 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK10, STK4, and STX11. Each is linked with MYO1F in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1F-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1F versus STK10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
