Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1F protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,850 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, NCF4, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with MYO1F in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1F-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1F versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
