MYO1F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18C, FRRS1, and SEC13. Each is linked with MYO1F in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1F-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18C grouped by MYO1F-low versus MYO1F-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
