MYO1E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,192 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, CTHRC1, and LUZP1. Each is linked with MYO1E in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1E-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1E versus MMP14 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
