Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,110 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Podocyte development, Glomerular epithelial cell development, and Viral life cycle. Each is linked with MYO1E in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1E-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1E results are reported.
