Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYO1C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYO1C data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher MYO1C mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYO1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where MYO1C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
