Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,734 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anterograde neuronal dense core vesicle transport, Mitotic centrosome separation, and Negative regulation of cell killing. Each is linked with MYO1C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1C-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1C results are reported.
