MYO1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,157 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL1RAP, TECPR2, and POLR3D. Each is linked with MYO1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1A versus IL1RAP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
