MYO1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,232 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGK2, TJP3, and LRRC31. Each is linked with MYO1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO1A versus SGK2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
