MYO1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PWRN4, ALDOA, and CENPU. Each is linked with MYO1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PWRN4 grouped by MYO1A-low versus MYO1A-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
