MYO1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,076 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid beta-oxidation, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Establishment of protein localization to organelle. Each is linked with MYO1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO1A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fatty acid beta-oxidation grouped by MYO1A-low versus MYO1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
