Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYO19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYO19 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MYO19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYO19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.

LIHC, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where MYO19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
