MYO19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MND1, HAUS8, and FEN1. Each is linked with MYO19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO19-to-partner and partner-to-MYO19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MND1 grouped by MYO19-low versus MYO19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
