Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,736 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication proofreading, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with MYO19 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO19-to-partner and partner-to-MYO19 results are reported.
