MYO19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 317 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO19-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF20, LRRC72, and KRTAP10-3. Each is linked with MYO19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO19-to-partner and partner-to-MYO19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF20 grouped by MYO19-low versus MYO19-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
