The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MYO18B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYO18B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and KICH are the cancer types where MYO18B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
