Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO18B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO18B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A1, CDCA2, and RTN3. Each is linked with MYO18B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO18B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO18B results are reported.
