Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO18A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,908 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO18A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle budding, Golgi ribbon formation, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with MYO18A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO18A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO18A results are reported.
