MYO16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,777 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO16-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS2, ANK2, and RNF150. Each is linked with MYO16 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO16-to-partner and partner-to-MYO16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO16 versus IRS2 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
