MYO16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,608 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRS2_S577, IRS2_S1100, and PTPN14_S486. Each is linked with MYO16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO16-to-partner and partner-to-MYO16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO16 versus IRS2_S577 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
