Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,525 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSZ, TRADD, and MAP4K1. Each is linked with MYO16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO16-to-partner and partner-to-MYO16 results are reported.
