MYO16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO16-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS2, GPI, and HMBS. Each is linked with MYO16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO16-to-partner and partner-to-MYO16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHRS2 grouped by MYO16-low versus MYO16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
