MYO16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 679 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC19, LYG1, and HSD17B6. Each is linked with MYO16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO16-to-partner and partner-to-MYO16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTC19 grouped by MYO16-low versus MYO16-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
