MYO15B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO15B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,127 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO15B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HYI, NRDC, and RPL5. Each is linked with MYO15B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO15B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO15B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO15B versus HYI in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO15B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO15B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
