Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO15B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,203 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO15B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNF4A, MOGAT3, and VIL1. Each is linked with MYO15B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO15B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO15B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO15B versus HNF4A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO15B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO15B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
