MYO15B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYO15B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,549 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO15B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Flagellated sperm motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with MYO15B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO15B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO15B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility grouped by MYO15B-low versus MYO15B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO15B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO15B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
