Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,083 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVL, FGD2, and IL16. Each is linked with MYO10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO10-to-partner and partner-to-MYO10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO10 versus EVL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
