Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,740 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO10-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAML, IL16, and CCL19. Each is linked with MYO10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO10-to-partner and partner-to-MYO10 results are reported.
