Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,825 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF286A, CDCA2, and PCGF6. Each is linked with MYO10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO10-to-partner and partner-to-MYO10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF286A grouped by MYO10-low versus MYO10-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
