Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with MYO10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO10-to-partner and partner-to-MYO10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by MYO10-low versus MYO10-high in COAD.
