The most reproducible MYO10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide catabolic process, Regulation of purine nucleotide catabolic process, and Regulation of glycolytic process. Each is linked with MYO10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO10-to-partner and partner-to-MYO10 results are reported.
