Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYNN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,400 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLPH, ABCG1, and RNU6-945P. Each is linked with MYNN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYNN-to-partner and partner-to-MYNN results are reported.
