Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYMX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,319 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYMX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SELENBP1, POGZ_S445, and PPP1R11_S77. Each is linked with MYMX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYMX-to-partner and partner-to-MYMX results are reported.
