MYMK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYMK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYMK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CICP6, RNY4P23, and TRAJ25. Each is linked with MYMK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYMK-to-partner and partner-to-MYMK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYMK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYMK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
