MYLPF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLPF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,765 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLPF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, SH3KBP1_S230, and SPINT1. Each is linked with MYLPF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLPF-to-partner and partner-to-MYLPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLPF versus RPL7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
