Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLPF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,406 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYLPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBB, HBA2, and CTSG. Each is linked with MYLPF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLPF-to-partner and partner-to-MYLPF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLPF versus HBB in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
