Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYLPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ28, RNU2-19P, and TOMM22P3. Each is linked with MYLPF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLPF-to-partner and partner-to-MYLPF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ28 grouped by MYLPF-low versus MYLPF-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
